XNX cyclone dust collector consists of a cylinder, cone, intake pipe, exhaust pipe and ash discharge pipe. The working process of the cyclone dust collector is that when the dust-containing gas enters the cyclone separator from the tangential inlet, the air flow will be straight. The Far East becomes a surrounding movement, and most of the rotating airflow spirals downward from the cylinder along the wall and flows toward the cone, which is usually called the external rotating airflow. The dust-containing gas generates centrifugal force during the rotation process, and dust particles whose relative density is larger than the gas are thrown toward the wall of the device. Once the dust particles contact the wall of the device, they lose the radial inertia force and fall along the wall surface with downward momentum and downward gravity, and enter the ash discharge pipe. When the rotating and descending external swirling gas reaches the cone, it will move closer to the dust collector due to the conical contraction. According to the "rotational moment" principle, its tangential speed is constantly increasing, and the centrifugal force on the dust particles is also constantly increasing. When the airflow reaches a certain position in the lower part of the cone, that is, from the middle of the cyclone separator in the same direction of rotation, it reverses from the bottom to the top, and continues to make spiral flow, that is, the internal swirling airflow. The post-purified gas is discharged out of the pipe through the exhaust pipe, and a part of the uncollected dust particles is also discharged therefrom.
XNX Cyclone Dust Collector A small part of the airflow rotates upward along the simplified inner wall, reaches the upper end cover, and then continues to rotate and descend along the outer wall of the outlet pipe, and then is carried away by the rising airflow near the lower end of the outlet pipe. This part of the airflow is usually called the upper vortex. With the upper vortex, a small amount of fine particles will be taken up by the inner vortex. Similarly, in the mixed flow area, a small part of the fine particles are taken up by the internal vortex and partially taken away.

Working principle of XNX cyclone dust collector:
When the dust-containing airflow of the XNX cyclone dust collector enters the volute of the dust collector through the tangential shape, it spirals from top to bottom, and the dust particles are thrown to the wall of the device under the action of centrifugal force, and rotate down the wall. It enters the sealed dust collection device with special structure; the purified gas is discharged from the core tube in an internal spiral rotation from the bottom up.
