Dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, or enters the filter bag chamber through the open flange port. The dust-containing gas passes through the filter bag and is filtered to enter the clean air chamber, which is then exhausted by the fan through the clean air exhaust port. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag, and it continues to increase, so that the resistance of the filter bag dust collector continues to increase. In order to prevent the equipment resistance from exceeding 1200Pa, the bag dust collector can continue to work, and the dust on the filter bag needs to be regularly filtered. The ash cleaning is to start the pulse valve in sequence by the program controller, so that the compressed air (0.5-0.7MPa) in the bag is ejected from the blow hole (called a primary wind) through the venturi to induce the surrounding air several times as much as a flash of wind ( (Called secondary air) enters the filter bag to make the filter bag expand rapidly in an instant, and shake off the dust with the reverse effect of the air flow to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
